X-Analytics professionals…
Are highly credible and possess the personal and professional attributes necessary to guide senior leaders to understand the business impacts of cyber risk,
Have the skills to engage on a broad C-suite agenda
Possess deep industry expertise sufficient to understand the nuances of an industry, and how cyber risk is manifested by different organizations within those industries
Can articulate the competing forces impacting cyber risk decisioning, and the potential impacts of those decisions on the business
Understand current and future customer needs in the context of cyber risk management as well as customer industry dynamics to guide long-term value delivery
The Cyber Analytics Advisor is responsible for helping X-Analytics customers capture maximum value from their use of X-Analytics Enterprise, Supply Chain, and Express. These efforts are the foundation for the firm’s future growth.
Qualifications
5-7 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
3+ years experience using or deploying eGRC or cyber risk solutions or other related software
Strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape – technology and practices
Must be highly conversant and have at least 3-5 years proven experience in information security frameworks in one or more of the following: NIST CSF, CIS Cybersecurity Framework version 7 or higher, ISO 27001/27002, NIST 800-53
Moderate to high level of cybersecurity solutions and technical knowledge
Proven experience – internally or externally – of advising on cybersecurity process improvement through capability enhancement
Base understanding of cyber risk quantification approaches and methods
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
Professional Skill Requirements
Have a deep intellectual capacity and relevant experience to develop creative and breakthrough solutions
Possess ability to quickly absorb information and deploy conceptual and creative problem solving
Demonstrate first class written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical and impactful manner
Possess drive, determination and optimism with proven ability to adapt and remove obstacles to achieve results
