Are highly credible and possess the personal and professional attributes necessary to guide senior leaders to understand the business impacts of cyber risk.
Have the skills to engage on a broad C-suite agenda.
Possess deep industry expertise sufficient to understand the nuances of an industry, and how cyber risk is manifested by different organizations within those industries.
Can articulate the competing forces impacting cyber risk decisioning, and the potential impacts of those decisions on the business.
Understand current and future customer needs in the context of cyber risk management as well as customer industry dynamics to guide long-term value delivery.
The HR Director will help build, develop, and retain the team that will fuel our growth.
About You
You’re passionate about building and growing high performance and diverse teams, and inspiring the next generation of leaders to do their best work.
You can demonstrate your experience and ability to balance business needs with employee advocacy.
You’re an authentic, inspiring, and hands-on leader.
You’ve got 10+ years of progressive HR experience at high-growth organizations, and with that experience, you’ve implemented HR strategies like workforce planning and development, talent management, centralized HR and shared services functions.
You’re a great communicator and problem solver, with the ability to articulate complex challenges and solutions in a simple, logical and impactful manner.
You possess the drive, determination and optimism with proven ability to adapt and remove obstacles to achieve results.
You’re willing to hit the road every now and again, locally, and out of state.
About the Role
Talent Planning & Effectiveness. Partner with team leaders ensure the right roles are in place, and that work and responsibilities are allocated appropriately to achieve targeted business outcomes. Then, collaborate with SSIC leaders to develop and execute a proactive talent acquisition & pipeline plan to ensure that open roles are filled quickly.
Engagement. Identify, measure and monitor employee engagement, and regularly initiate proactive solutions for enhancing our team members’ experience at SSIC, throughout the employee lifecycle.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Drive diversity, equity and inclusion across the organization, both personally (as a role model) and programmatically to ensure our systems & policies are fair, our programs are equitable, and our team members feel supported, respected and welcome.
Performance Management. Build performance-based relationships with managers and leaders, ensuring outstanding performance is recognized and rewarded, and alternatively, performance gaps are identified and addressed through training & development.
Employee Relations. Be a trusted leader to all SSIC team members, providing experience advice and counsel on organizational and HR issues.
Change Management. Serve as key change agent on new initiatives, programs, and processes to positively impact the organizational culture.
Team Leadership. Lead, mentor & foster a high-performing HR Business Partners team that will guide and influence, in alignment with the business.
